Graduate scheme attracts new talent

Bournemouth, UK – BH Live has revealed details about a new graduate scheme that begins this autumn.
BH Live is a social enterprise and leading operator of leisure and event venues. It manages high profile venues and leisure centres across Dorset, Hampshire and London.
The scheme, which will initially pilot in Dorset, will enable three graduates to take part in a practical two-year training and development course focusing on leisure services, events and hospitality in the third sector.
They will each undertake a structured and intensive learning programme starting at grassroots level and working towards supervisory responsibilities. Key areas include customer service, housekeeping, delivering recreational activities, event management and hospitality services. They will also spend time with BH Live’s corporate and support services such as human resources, sales, marketing and facilities management.
As well as a competitive salary, they will receive a combination of vocational and in house training to support their continued professional development.
