Event Summary

This will be a dynamic and interactive workshop which will challenge thought processes and invite the audience to consider their own ways of improving their sphere of influence at work. We will cover:

  • Identifying and working with different personality types
  • Establishing peoples working and communication styles
  • The Impact & Influence model for personal effectiveness
  • Tools to help individuals adapt and better connect with others
  • Understanding the ‘2-way street’

About James Lee

James has worked in the hospitality sector for over 25 years, specialising in sales and business development. He has spent 14 of those years as a speaker, coach and trainer and has first-hand experience of how important relationships are. James is a qualified trainer with the CiPD and was a fellow of the ISMM as was and has worked with hundreds of organisations to help them grow their business.
